Who we are
Technical founders who build
IT skills · Real products · Peer feedback
01. Vision
"Many students dream about building their own software product... However, they often face a common problem: they are building alone."
To create a recurring peer community where student builders meet, exchange feedback, and help each other move forward faster.
Building real products
Honest, constructive feedback
Practical learning
Collaboration between motivated students
The Goal
Create a place where students who want to build companies can grow together.
The Challenge
Why student founders struggle to move from idea to product.
Many student founders work in silos. Without a peer community facing similar challenges, progress slows, momentum is lost, and motivation fades away.
Students often build in a vacuum for months before realizing they need to pivot. Critical flaws are found too late without a safe space to test assumptions early.
Programs often focus on pitch decks and theory. Builders need tactical answers: "How do I fix this bug?", "Which stack to use?", "How do I get user #1?"
Existing initiatives (StartMinds, KICK, StartLab, VLAIO, university programs) are excellent but often temporary. Students lack a continuous, ongoing peer community between programs.
Core Concept
Not a lecture. Not a workshop. A consistent space for creators to build.
Share product increments and concepts with a supportive audience.
Get honest, constructive critique to refine your product strategy.
Technical blockers, business hurdles, and go-to-market questions.
Work together on real software. Focus on shipping, not just talking.
Initially focused on technical creators (devs, AI engineers, data scientists) to ensure discussions remain practical and centered around building real products.
Target Audience
From technical builders now to multidisciplinary teams next.
NOW
Building the technical core
The foundation requires "builders" who are actively creating prototypes and code. This ensures discussions remain practical and execution-focused.
NEXT
Adding multidisciplinary skills
Once a builder culture is established, we enrich the community with complementary skills needed to scale products into viable startups.
Strategic Rationale
Start with a strong creation mindset, then enrich with complementary skills.
Open For Everyone
Every stage of the journey. No matter where you start, we build together.
Diverse backgrounds, better products
You've spotted a problem and have a vision for a solution, but technical implementation or business steps feel overwhelming.
"I have this app idea for students, but I don't know code or where to begin."
You have a side project, a prototype, or an MVP. You're writing code or designing screens but need feedback to move faster.
"I've built the backend but I'm stuck on how to design the user onboarding."
You have incorporated, maybe even have early customers. You need peer support for scaling, marketing, and navigating founder life.
"We launched last month but customer retention is lower than we expected."
You don't have a specific idea yet, but you have skills (dev, design, marketing) and want to join a project or find inspiration.
"I'm a great frontend dev looking for a project to contribute to."

Startup Mentor & Product Strategy
"Our goal is not to lecture, but to empower you to learn from each other and grow together."
Guide discussions and ensure time is used effectively for everyone.
Create an inclusive environment where every builder feels safe to share.
Provide constructive insights and act as a sounding board for challenges.
Bridge the gap to external accelerators, funding sources, and mentors.
Ensure interactions remain respectful, honest, and builder-focused.
Strategic Positioning
We partner with — not replace — existing initiatives.
Proudly collaborating with
Experienced mentors visiting sessions to share practical insights and industry wisdom.
Identifying promising projects and directing them to specialized support programs.
Co-hosting demo days, hackathons, and workshops to broaden student exposure.
Acting as a pre-incubator pipeline for university acceleration trajectories.
Code of Conduct
Building a healthy environment requires clear principles of trust, openness, and collaboration.
Be candid but kind. Critique the work, not the person. Feedback is necessary for growth, but should always aim to help the founder improve.
Respectful & Actionable
Share in trust. Ideas shared within the community are respected. We operate on the principle that nobody intentionally copies or steals another participant's concept.
Psychological Safety
Teaming up is encouraged but must be transparent and voluntary. Always clarify roles, ownership, and expectations upfront.
Mutual Consent
Professional, inclusive, and safe. We create a space where everyone feels comfortable sharing early work, asking questions, and learning together.
Zero Toxicity
